I got an email and was invited for one on one interview. After the interview they asked me to write an article and send it to them. After the submission, they got back to me in a few days with an offer. Overall, good interview experience.
Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
