I applied on Inspira with full PHP (Personal History Profile) and cover letter. I was contacted about a week later by thr HR Assistant to send me a short (2 hr) timed written test (using internet to research information and put into a sensible format). After than they invited me for interview with team members and HR. They contacted me the next day to make the offer, which I accepted in 4 days.
