Once they communicate with you getting an interview is pretty quick. There are mostly typical questions asked but say there may be some left field strange questions. Follow up after interview is slow and if they you will hear back in a few days it will more likely be two weeks. I would suggest following up once a week to see if they need any other information for their decision making process.
