United Regional Health Care System interview questions

Difficult to get an interview due to HR not sharing all applicants, then their interview process progresses if the first line likes you, leading to a peer interview and or panel interview depending on specialty area.

It was a three step process- hr interview over the phone, met with the department manager, and then a peer interview which was with 3 current employees. Asked a verity of questions from what looked like a preselected list.
