Interview
Applied for 4 job openings during my 7 years of employment. Shift supervisor 3 times and a more senior postion as plant operator once 2 year's ago. It's really hard to get promoted unless you spend your weekends in a bowling alley or a suite at the race track with either the plant or assistant plant manager

Interview
Interview went well. Very engaging and responsive. Discussed how the have had problems with SAP conversion and how it not gone smoothly at all. Went over roll, even addressed some of their problems and came up with a few solutions during the interview process. I really wanted this position but it just didn't happen.
