They asked if I was planning on going to graduate school and I said yes, I might apply to law schools or business schools. They didn't like that answer as they want you to stay for awhile.

I met in person and was able to ask the questions I had. It was an easy going process. They were interested in me as an employee, I think because of the rural location of the base.

Very direct and without much discussion. The interview panel will read the questions and give you time to answer. You don't get much feedback when answering your questions. You have to say something to the effect of "I'm finished with this question" when you've finished answering.

Interview was done via a panel of 3 individuals including the hiring manager. 12 questions were asked mostly pertaining to how you handle work and flow. It was pretty straight forward. The last question was if offered the job today would I accept.
