I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at United Talent (New York, NY)
Interview
I was interested in the UTA Agent Trainee Program in NYC. I first submitted my resume through an employee referral April 2018. From there I was selected for a pre-screen Skype interview with a third party recruiter later that month. In May, I received an offer to meet with Laura Roenick in LA because that's where I was at the time. Then in June I met with Liz DiRienzo at the New York office. After the third round, I was selected for the final fourth round panel interview at the NY office which consisted of a panel of approximately 6 people including Liz and Laura. One week after my panel interview I received a call from Laura asking me my preference on which class I would like to be in and when i could start if I were given an offer. Later that evening I received an email from Laura with an offer to start September 10, 2018.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at United Talent (New York, NY) in Sept 2024
Interview
Interviews were spread out over multiple weeks. The first round was with an HR/recruitment team member, followed by a written assessment. Then, if you advance further, you speak to agents.

Question 1
Talk about about a piece of media that you recently saw/consumed and didn't like and why.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Talent (New York, NY) in Oct 2023
Interview
Very robotic. It felt like the interviewer was reading off a script. You should know some UTA clients and know the program you are applying for. Fairly easy interview however,

Question 1
If you could choose to be an agent for one UTA client who would it be?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Talent in Sept 2022
Interview
Applied directly through UTA website and was emailed by recruiter to set up an Informational Zoom Prescreening Call two days after I submitted my application. Interview was about 30 minutes and contained typical interview questions. I didn't nearly as much research on the company as I should've, but if you prepare and do research on the company ahead of time, you should be fine. Interview wasn't very conversational either. UTA ended up not moving forward with my application.
