A hiring manager reached out to me on LinkedIn, described a role and asked me to send my cv if interested. Then i was scheduled a phone interview .

Question 1
Got a phone interview after the CV was sent out . The manager promised follow up. But yeah it turned out to be one of those instances where the their intention was to gather research information and It seemed like the company did not invest in Machine Learning. I never heard back from the manager and there was an automated reply.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Display in Apr 2024
Interview
Initial phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager, and final virtual presentation to the team. Very nice people and seem like they foster a good work culture.

How have you implement technical details in the job description in your own project?
Nice interview experience. Everyone is nice. Seems a very great working environment. The process: talked to several people and gave a seminar, lunch break, and interviewed by more people. It is a whole day process.
