I was offered an interview for this job after applying for different position. I met with the head of archives in their office and was asked a serious of informal questions about my work and music experience. I was also told a bit more about the job, that it was fairly busy and involved working with in-house systems. In the end, I didn't get the role because they had lined someone up who was working for them already in a similar department - the whole interview felt like a bit of a sham.
