Interview
4 rounds of video call interviews with different members of the team. Screening process was virtual laid back and professional. 1st interview was a general conversation about my CV and passion for music. 2nd conversation was about my interest in music going in-depth about the acts on the label. 3rd conversation was about my interests and views on putting together an effective marketing campaign. 4th conversation I delivered a presentation on emerging markets and music business streams of revenue.

Interview was quite informal and was chill, interview was with 2 staff members. They were very friendly and welcoming, interview felt more like a conversation and was relatively laid back.

I had first a screening interview where they asked me a bunch of general questions. It's the same interview for all levels inside the company. Like tell em about yourself, which level wouldd you want to work and why... Then they contact me about a specific level and they asked me to do a second interview with the manager. And then I had an interview where I was asked about what music I liked, what were my strengths...

Interview
