It was a normal interview. Be yourself be honest. Nothing to it not stressful just like you been working there all your life. Must be genuine and just tell the truth.

The President of the company met with me at my university for a 30-40 minute interview. He was very friendly and informative about the company, the job, and future opportunities.

Interview
I was first interviewed over the phone by their HR Consultant firm, during which I went through my experience with distribution and apparently got over that hurdle. Met then with their HR Consultant off site at a hotel and was informed that he was interviewing 10 candidates and would send 4 to interview at company. Primary interview was with the current (but retiring) President of this ESOP company and the Controller at the plant/hub/office.
