They hire so many people depending on time of year. Turnover rate is very high for a company with 20,000 people. You sit in a room until they call your name, bring you back and unless you say something comletely wrong, you will get hired. Very easy.

Brief and easy 15 minutes total hired on the spot. Walked in, spoke with HR, then with security manager, then was offered job and filled out paperwork to start within two weeks!
