I applied online and they were quick to contact me through email. I was asked to come interview, and they were really helpful in the way that they kept adding new slots if the times available were not convenient. I first began in the space above where the Bubba Gump would be, and then they transferred us to a different building. From there, we were put in a room where a movie was playing -- and then the interviewers would call you in. The cubicle is super small, but I think it just fosters an honest and genuine (hopefully) conversation and I could tell that the person who interviewed me was committed to making sure he found the right candidate and that the skills I had were good for the job offered.

Quick ten minute phone call then 15 minute in person the next day. Asked about how I would handle certain guest interactions and to tell them about myself. They really just want to know that you are personable and like to interact with guests.
