The interview process took about a month and a half. I applied mid summer and finally heard back from a recruiter at the end of August. She asked me some questions and pushed me to the next step, an interview with two hiring managers. I interviewed with the hiring managers a week later, and heard back from one manager to shadow for the position. I completed shadowing, and heard back a day later. They wanted to offer me the position. I received an official offer letter and accepted .
