Interview
They are very efficient (so don't waste their time!) I was brought into the lab directors office; there were 4 people there to interview me. They have a number of the standard questions they ask that appear to be somewhat tailored to the individual and what additional information that need. They are very interested in how you will deal with difficult co-workers and how you will hold-up in a stressful work environment. (They described the core lab as akin to a factory floor..)

Interview
The interview consisted of a phone screen. I was then contacted for a face-to-face interview with HR and the Hiring Department. I received a formal offer within a week of my face-to-face interview. I accepted. The process was relatively quick and easy. The interview was a group interview and was very informative of what to expect as a member of the team.

Interview
I had two interviews one on the phone two in person. The one interview was with the lab direter the other in person interview was with 8 technical coordinators. It went very well. I felt at ease and their personalities were wonderful.
