University Instructors interview questions

Set up pre-interview with a very friendly lady and was asked to submit some references to proceed with a personality test of sorts. Very pleasant experience. Pay is good although there are no benefits.

All virtual. Asked basic questions about experience in schools and ability to keep track of data. They shared a little bit about the role. There was a long wait from the interview until I actually worked. A VERY long wait....over a month.
