University Retirement Community interview questions

Long story short: I applied online > was contacted to set up phone interview > didn't hear back for a week after my reply > it gets set up > she never called on set time > she made up some bs reason and reschedule phone interview > face to face interview. She didn't shake my hand when we greeted each other which gave me a bad impression of her as an individual and also the company. The interview proceeds with the same exact questions from the phone screening. She also asked personal questions and you could tell she was fishing. She obviously asked to see if I would reveal a bad quality. She was odd and had a very fake demeanor. It was just a weird interview overall.
