Demanding, wanted to have more skills than being present in CV, required to know everything about the post doc project.. The questions were difficult and did not reflect the job description. It seemed to me that they had already chosen the person who would hire for the job, and they just had an interview with me to cover up the number of interviews required to finish the procedure. Terrible and very disappointing.
