Interview
I was provided with the questions ahead of the interview and given the opportunity to prepare my answers. They also clearly stated the interview process and who will be on the interview panel.
The interview was relaxed and I felt prepared. They only asked the questions they sent prior to the interview.

Good interview, some hard questions but friendly nice people, 30 mins about me, 15 min questions, 15 mins questions to ask employer. Lasted an hour but didn't receive an offer. Heard within 3 days

Interview
After passing a situational judgement test, there is an online interview with other candidates and different questions are asked. The question vary to explain what are the best approaches to apply to a determinate situation, to what would you do in that case.
