Interview
4 people sit in a semicircle and they ask you relevant questions relating to ESL and other lessons you might be asked to teach. They were very professional in the way they conducted the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at University of Miami (Coral Gables, FL) in Apr 2016
Interview
Multiple interviews for "part time" work that actually added up being was 40 + hours per week of work needed. Initial interview was with headmaster; the second interview with the director - who was not with the school for more than three months, and the third interview included three administrative heads. There was a trial basis that lasted six months before the permanent position was available. There was a high turn over of faculty which made it difficult for students to establish a stable relationship with the instructor.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at University of Miami (Coral Gables, FL) in Mar 2013
Interview
It was a very basic good cop-bad cop interview style, but the main decision maker only watched on closed circuit television. I felt like I was in a D-list Sci fi dystopian movie.
