      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, MI) in Apr 2011

      Interview

First was a phone interview that lasted less than 30 minutes. Next was an in person interview that last less than an hour. They require computer skills testing and orientations. Overall, really simple.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, MI) in Jul 2014

      Interview

First you do a phone interview, then you take a customer service exam, then you have a third interview, and then a preliminary offer. Know that you will (9 times out of 10) only get an interview if someone personally recommends you. Also, you have to pretty much be over qualified for them to consider you.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

they asked about a lot of experiences where you have dealt with the bad...management, patients, co-workers, etc. be prepared to make yourself sound like a saint.
