I had a phone interview which went well, then an in-person interview with two managers who were in town. Considering I drove an hour to meet them, spent 4 hours putting together a presentation, and paid $20 to park for this interview, I would have appreciated some follow up, even if it was just to tell me I didn’t get the job. There was no communication after that point.
