Phone call from a Univision recruiter. told me briefly about the position and asked about my experience then dropped the terrible OTE bomb which i am thankful she told me during this first call and did not waste either of our times.

Asked about my experience but then said the AE role is commission only and expected OTE is 40K/year. I asked if she was really a Univision recruiter and clarified that total OTE was 40K and she said yes. Naturally I said I am not interested.

They call you, they don't know when they can have the phone interview or face to face meeting. All is in the air. Then all of the sudden you receive a call asking to be in their local office in 30 min or so. Bad timing and they don't care.
