Very positive cv less interview process , 3 rounds including a phone interview, in person interview and another over Skype. For my in person interview I had to prepare a project to present. Met a range of different people working there which meant I really got a vibe for the team.

In this role, part of your responsibilities will be to run regular iteration planning sessions with the cross-functional team you are working with. What do you do to make planning sessions successful? What do you prepare? What do you aim to achieve?
You’ve been working within a cross-functional team to get a specific new enterprise customer launched. This project involves developing a few new features that were agreed with this customer at the beginning. In a meeting, the customer has now requested a new feature that they say is critical for them to launch, too. This feature seems specific to them and you have not heard this as a critical need by any other customer. How do you help respond to this request?
