The interview wasn't hard. There was a phone interview, and then it was followed-up by an in person interview with two hiring managers at the Headquarters. They asked behavioral questions to access how we would react to their customers.

HireVue Virtual Interview via Mobile App. It was pretty convenient, but not as personable as I would have liked. It was a little more intimidating to be honest. At least for me. I'm better interviewing/interacting with humans!

Submit an application...if review goes well, receive and take an assessment. If you pass that, you will get a phone interview with a Staffing Specialist. If you pass that, you will have a Video Interview with 2 Hiring Managers.
