I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Unum (Radcliff, KY)
Interview
The interview process was quite possibly the fastest and the best process I’ve encountered in my virtual tenure. Calle was amazing! As soon as I completed the application, I received an automatic assessment email that assessed my quantitative analysis, behavioral knowhow and a call center demo. It took about 30 mins to complete.
After which, I received next steps from Calle literally a few hours later of time slots that would be most convenient for me. The next day I had a professional yet casual conversation discussing my interests with Unum and how my skills could advance the Unum brand. At the end she scheduled me a man interview with the hiring managers which was also on the conversational level to gain your expertise level and customer rapport. After that, I received a phone call advising me of my future employment with Unum. It took 4 days to be gainfully employee by a top Fortune 500 company assisting the best customers with their claims and benefits!
I’m most excited to begin my future with Unum!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unum (Portland, ME) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview process was great. I was contacted for a phone interview, told the process of the company, etc and the next step. I was told what would occur if I was granted the next step or not. Later, I was called for the Skype interview with 2 of the companies employees, it was based on behavioral questions and the insight of the employees about the company. Later I was called to confirm I got the job contingent to the background check. Throughout the whole process, I was constantly updated so I didn't feel this position was a scam or anything.
Everyone was very informative. If I had any questions, I could ask the staffing specialist, and she usually replied back to me immediately.
