Applied online, got an email to schedule phone interview, was emailed a behavioral questionnaire, then called the next week to set up an in person interview and then was told at the end of the interview I would hear a decision in about a week and a half. The interview started with 30 minutes of hearing about the job, then 2 different 45 minute interviews with 2 people at a time (4 ppl total) all behavioral questions.
