1) HR reached out via email and scheduled video interview.
2) Next interview with hiring manager and another HR via Video.
3) Tried following up with the HR, but he ghosted on me.

Question 1
Scenario based questions. They were looking for a senior professional (Exp > 10 years). I am still unsure why they shortlisted me (5 years of exp). I gained a lot of experience nevertheless.
HR asked me three strengths and weaknesses.
