Very disjointed. The interviewing teams moved very fast and the HR moved very slow. There would seem to be some internal conflict between the Carlow branch and the wider company given many of these roles remain open for a long time. I received an offer but ultimately declined to accept as there were too many red flags, e.g., senior management with long tenures and high turnover underneath, a borderline hostile HR and they described their own junior staff as highly diverse and credentialed but ineffective in the workplace.
