I had a first interview where we discussed my CV, then put a lot of time and effort into a battery of tests and a business case, followed by another interview, this time in their office, in-person, to discuss past experiences and projects and my expectations for the future.
Never discussed conditions or salary expectations.
Afterwards, never heard back from them… I was very excited about the project and their work. But it felt like a waste of time and lack of consideration.

Question 1
A challenge I had to overcome and how I handled it
I applied online and quickly had a conversation with one of the technical agents. He was recruiting 3 more agents to help him since the work was too much for him. We had a frank conversation about my expectations and experience. At the end of the conversation, I thought salary-wise, was not worth leaving my actual company from, but I must have not impressed him because I did not get a second call. Not even to say I was not moving forward with the process.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UpHill (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Nov 2020
Interview
Had 1 technical interviews with the team leader and one challenge that took me one week to do.
Had one interview with the CEO.
All liked me and what I have done after all of the proccess they said my experience is not with the tecnologies that they wanted wich they knew from the beginning.
They just made me lose a lot of time for nothing, could have told me that in the first interview!
