The interview process at UpSlide began positively, with the London team coming across as professional, supportive, and genuinely engaged. However, after investing significant time and effort - including preparing a detailed presentation - the final stage with the CEO was disappointing. He arrived unprepared, dismissive, and uninterested in the work I had submitted, offering feedback that contradicted the earlier stages. To leave a candidate wondering whether a decision may have been influenced by factors beyond merit is appalling, and it undermines the otherwise positive impression created by the London team.
