I got this interview because of one of my Linkedin connection, he fixed my interview with this company.
My first round was with the Operations team leader it was a web call he asked me general easy HR Questions to see my interest and he told me more about the company & the responsibilities, and all. He said that he was happy with the interaction and now we can proceed toward the technical round.
I got a call from the recruiter after a few days to schedule my interview but I canceled my application for this company because i had read bad company reviews on GLASSDOOR & also i didn't like their offer which was -
8-10 hours of daily work 6 days a week, with 18-22k INR per month in hand
Also the interview process was not smooth
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Upscalio (New Delhi) in Jan 2022

2 rounds of interview with different managers in the same vertical, to understand your background and aptitude.
If necessary may have a 3rd round with a founder with an assignment submission.
