Upshot interview questions

Casual interview process, nice people who take pride in their work. Interview contained a coding test. Unfortunately I had to decline due to the expensive health insurance plan and high premiums.

Very casual, although there could've been more organization and notice about who I'd be meeting with throughout the day. Met with the VP of the department I applied for as well as a couple senior level designers an adjacent department (which was somewhat unexpected). They were interested in hearing about my background, prior experience and wanted to see my work.
