Everything was fast and smooth!
Total of 4 interviews. First interview was an introduction and who are you and why Upstart. The second interviews was 3 interview in one day. Awesome company so far!

Name a time you were put in a difficult situation and how did you solve it?
Name a time when you were offered great customer service.
It was very smooth. I was comfortable and I liked it . The interviewer was very calm and friendly. We chatted about usual things and then slides into questions. It helped me.
Easiest interview ever. Strictly questions getting to know you and how your past makes you suited for the role. They’ll mostly hire anyone unless they seem like they’re socially awkward.

Interview
Very smooth process from start to finish. Went through a screening with personality and aptitude aspects, followed by two Zoom interviews, and a final call before the offer was extended and accepted.
