You have to know the very basic, very enjoyable though at some point I felt like giving up. But the interviewers were super friendly. It was a session where I felt like I am learning lot of things in very short amount of time. I jot down all the topics that I need further clarification on the concepts,

Linux namespaces, Git, Python ins and outs, Zen of Python, Node Event Loop, Thread vs Process, Signals, SSL Encryption , Everything of Everything that is basic to any language or tools we used.

Interview
The role description mentioned a lot about Elixir and Erlang, but the interviewer didn't know about these languages and it seemed to me that he wasn't quite sure about the role description. To sum up, they need someone that knows about python and git that is the core business of platform.sh.
The overall interview was OK, with some questions about python, golang and git.
