I was invited to lunch with an senior UX designer to disscuss what I've done in the past and what I am looking for in a company. They told me about their company and working culture and how they work as consultants and I talked about the different projects and what I've studied before.

What have you been working on? What would you change if you could it the project all over again?
After a month I was called for an interview, after the interview it took 3 weeks to have a start date and offer. Interview was conducted by leadership but didn't seem to have any structure.
