Urban Engineering interview questions

They were not responsive and assumed my 2nd round in person interview to be the first round of interview. They took more than a month to get back. They are very unprofessional. I did not even apply to to company. Their HR reached out to me to waste my time only to say they are looking for more work experience when my resume clearly stated that I was looking for entry level role. I’m interview, they even talked about how they are looking for junior engineers.
