I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Urban League of Rochester (Rochester, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
In person interview then second interview planning a lesson with the students. Both went well although there was not a lot of information given about what I was expected to do with the students. I was surprised when I got there at the lack of parking yet no one before the interview gave me any advice beforehand as to where I may potentially find space which would have been helpful. This was foreshadowing of the lack of professionalism in this company. I am curious as to whether their locations elsewhere in the country are similar in this way.

Question 1
Strengths and weaknesses. They acknowledged that this is a question that is not really something they enjoy and we talked about it in a casual way.
One interview with two staff members. Each staff member asks a different question and take notes. They provide an overview of the position. I received a quick offer in less than two weeks.
