Moderate Interview with General Finance Question s and Questions on Automotive Business. Two Rounds of Telephonic Interviews and then final Face to Face @ onsite client place. HR interview will be conducted by Onsite HR @ different Region.

Contacted by HR to set up a phone interview. Standard phone interview questions regarding what you knew about the company, why you chose your major. The standard and terrible "strengths and weakness question". The experience was honestly one of the most terrible interviews I've had up to date. The HR interviewer would ramble on and on about what Urban Science did, which was fine, but then would start rambling on about random things on a completely different tangent. She was terribly condescending to the point where I thought about just hanging up but I had the decency to at least show some respect which she clearly lacked. I was berated because I said that I might miss a small detail here and there. She decided to go on a tangent about this role requires essentially super human attention to detail and I got the impression that mistakes are unforgivable. She said she would forward it my interview results which I don't believe actually happened and was just lip service.
