There were a group of about 30 people waiting to get interviewed in the room, the interview took about 3-5minutes. In the room, there were 3 men, one man doing all the talking, another backing him up, and one man just staring. It was very uncomfortable and awkward with very basic questions like "what are your hours?" "Are you friendly?" "Do you have any experience with customer service?" It was more of a sizing up experiment, and the interview process just felt like a revolving door of applicants.
