I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at User Interviews
Interview
The interview process began with an initial call with a recruiter to discuss the role and my background. The next step was a technical interview with an engineer, which involved working through a single-file coding exercise focused on data transformation.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at User Interviews (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2024
Interview
A lengthy process at 6-ish interviews. They are standard in naming but far more human-centric than any company I've interviewed with before. Every interview felt like a conversation where we chatted about likes, dislikes, experience, and I never felt grilled or judged. Just friendly people seeing if there was a fit.
It was the best process I have been through in that I both felt thoroughly vetted, my time respected, and I was able to learn about the company as I went (interviews go both ways). Do not pass on an interview with User Interviews, they are incredible!
