What a let down of interview process. How do you know interview me 6 months ago, I apply again 6 months later because who choose to give the job 6 months ago leaves the company. After I interview again you reject me. You should have never interviewed me in the first person. It leaves a bad impression on me of wanting to work here at all, makes me question the values, the integrity and work culture. It was a waste of time for everybody to go through this process if you were going to go with someone that was a stronger candidate based off skill. Seems like I had a slim chance from the beginning so begs to ask why interview me at all. I warn everyone that is looking to apply that does not have the experience in the department because you will waste your time through the interview process. The interview was more of a conversational interview. Not a lot of direct questions about the job. Questions I can remember was.
