A week after applying, I received an email inviting me to complete an online assessment answering behavioral/personality questions (took about 20 min.). 1st interview w/team lead & HR manager was a few days later. Communication was excellent. Then I provided the 5 required professional references through SkillSurvey for complete confidentiality and fairness due to aggregate compiling of data so as to not be tied specifically to person giving reference. I had 2nd interview a week later.

Do not trust the salaries posted by this company! I applied and was interviewed for a lower position and recommended to interview for a higher position that had remained unfilled. The job posting clearly listed a salary range of $65,000-$75,000.
When offered the higher position, I was offered a salary of $49,000. When I inquired about the drastic drop, I was informed that the internal minimum for the position was actually $53,000. The salaries that this corporation have been posting with their positions are not the numbers they are budgeting with internally.
You should save yourself the time and not apply to this organization.
