The interview was conducted via telephone with a panel and the panel seemed to have a script they were unable to deviate from. This was listed as an entry-level, developmental position and my qualifications exceeded the stated minimums, but the questions consistently demonstrated they were looking for someone with experience already. I emailed the director shortly after the interview to withdraw my application and then two weeks later received an email from him indicating they had chosen another candidate.
