Two stage interview. First stage was conducted by two Senior Test Engineers with standard questions such as experience of using certain software, career aspirations etc. Second stage was held with another Senior Test Engineer in tandem with the Software Test Manager. More in depth questions relating to ambitions, previous work experience etc.
