Interview with HR then design challenge. The design challenge was quite a daunting task (design a whole dashboard) and after sending I didn't hear more than a rejection when they specifially said that I will receive feedback which I asked for on many follow up emails but never received an answer. I think if you are asking for such a big task you should at least give proper feedback. I may have worked for free who knows...
