Interview
The interview questions consist of normal behavioral questions and high emphasis on 8D understandings. It would be an advantage to come prepared with examples and explain with 8D or STAR format.

Interview
The interview process is straightforward, where the management wants to see your experience, value, and how you would handle some cases. Of course, they appreciate the team's harmonious spirit. I had gone through 4 rounds of interviews and successful to get the offer. However, the recruiter's offer is quite disappointing: lower expected salary, not match with market rate, longer probation period and notice periods, and the required bond period (which is totally not in favour of the candidate's terms). I believe it should be a straightforward offer, but it is not. Hence, I declined.
