Long! Phone interview one week, followed by online test, followed by a 4 hour interview with you, the other candidates and a panel of hiring HR and manager. Roll playing and some game type project. All of this was done in front of other candidates

First had a skype screening. Then met with Regional and HR managers. Then we met at a hotel where we were in front of all the other candidates.
