The process can only be described as... chaotic and unprofessional. I declined to continue on in the process. I can't imagine what it is like to work there. Could not discuss comp plans or sales targets

Interview
It was fine but there could be better. Maybe I was just not qualified however there is a better opportunities. I will upskill and be better in the future. This too shall pass
The order of interviews I went through were Chief of Staff, CFO, CEO, Growth Equity Advisor. The COS, CFO and CEO interviews were light and the Advisor interview was extremely thorough.
