VHI Java Software Developer interview questions

Initially interviewers were nice. Offer was bad. To summarise, the company met me and then offered salary at 5k less than current, a less senior role, wait 2 years to resume the position you hold currently.. none of the remote working or flexibility in current position, a request for all medical information to decide if we assess you as fit to work maybe bonus maybe pension maybe vhi plan - up to 1500 per year - so not every plan no wellness benefit no other benefit / gym / learning etc i was aware of I've been doing the position for 10 years and a more senior position for 3 years prior. I felt a little pressured initially and tried to rise above it... but too problematic. Accept i missed some red flags here. I declined - felt it was not a good situation or reasonable offer.
